American designer Tom Ford, creates classic menswear with a twist. The twist is that some of the suits are a bit quirkier, brighter than your average suit. But Tom Ford definitely brings sexy back by dressing up men like Brad Pitt and "James Bond". Tom Ford also has a sick collection of eye-wear. Pair a classic suit with some modern shades and you have a man that's ready to conquer the world! Who doesn't want that!?

I had tons and tons and TOoOOooOons of fun shooting a mini lookbook at the Arzt family farm a couple weeks ago with the sistahs - Biz, Kristin, and the muses; Danielle (luv her for long time) and Blair ( nice to meecha) . Kristin, this farm and thread lovin' gal had a vision to embrace her home in her designs. The use of natural resources were evident in the iconoclasts pieces with intentions about being a girl who's full of pep, adventurous and indulgent.

Booties Makes Me Happy

Got an awesome flat black boots from Nine West for a deal of like $80 a couple weeks ago in NYC at Nine West. This boot looks mad costume made and feels amazing; leather is oh so soft. Divine Comfort ain't the words to describe this awesomeness that has been wrapped on my feet for quite awhile ... I am enlightened by the ability of shoes. Ohhhh Yesss !

Lygia Pape (pronounced PAH-pay) is to this day an influential Brazilian concrete and neo-concrete artist who was known to challenge her audience art perspective with unlimited expressions through various mediums of art, from painting to experimental video. She favored interactive dialogue between the viewer and the art. Expanding the formality and concept of it all was definitely a focused mission through out her work. I applause her!!!


Visitors to the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago walk around 'Wheel of Delights,' an installation by artist Lygia Pape. The porcelain bowls are filled with flavored liquid, and visitors can use disposable eye droppers to taste the substance and decide if the taste matches what they expected from the color.

Seen hanging in the background are a number of garments from the late 1960s and early 1970s, illustrating how fashion was influenced by the cultural movement.
